SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

TANEAL Jewelry customers get free, fast standard shipping on orders with a minimum order total of $150.00 or more. Orders with an order total of $149.99 or less will be charged standard shipping rates estimated at checkout.

Each item is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, your jewelry will ship via fast standard shipping unless otherwise specified at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available for all items at checkout for an additional fee. 

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

 

 

In-Stock Items:

Some of our most popular items are In-Stock and will ship within 48 hours.

Once shipped, we will ship the order via standard shipping.

You will receive an email confirmation once your item(s) ships.

What shipping carriers do you use?

– For free/standard shipping, we use a local postal service such as USPS.

– For express shipping, we use parcel shippers like UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location.

 

Shipping Policies:

We often require a signature for delivery of all orders.

We will ship only to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@TANEALjewelry.com as soon as you place your order.

 What about duty and taxes?

– United States: Duty and taxes would be charged regarding on your regions.

– Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe: We are currently only shipping within the United States.

– International: We are currently only shipping within the United States

Tracking An Order

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that confirms your order has been shipped.  With this number you can track your order for the estimated time of delivery. For more details, you can also send us a quick message and we’ll be happy to track it for you.
